What time is the right time?

We can find the source of tea time, it rises from 19th century Europe. There are nine hours between lunch and dinner; it’s very hard for ladies, because they always eating not too much at lunch and they will feel hungry during the nine hour. Anna Maria, the countess of England, she solve the problem of all the women. She not only prepared tea and desserts, but also invited her best friends to enjoy the party with her, ladies can consist their elegancy without starving; that’s the first tea time. The formal tea time will be hold at four o’clock PM, inviting guests at the right time will make them feel you are really know how to prepare tea time.

What need to prepare?

First, you have to send invitations to inform your guests where and when they should come. Second, you have put the fresh flowers and family photo on the center of table; don’t forget to prepare napkins on the table, it will be better to place some flower on it. “That’s so beautiful!” the guest will say. Last, mistress has to wear the formal clothing and serve guests.
What is important role at the tea time? That must be tea and bread. English tea time usually prepare scone, a traditional bread of England, people can enjoy scone with jam and butter; but it’s hard to find scone in Taiwan, so you can also buy biscuits at KFC to take place of scone. You have to prepare black tea and some cube sugar to season the tea; you can also prepare some milk in the cup before you drink black tea, milk mix black tea will be a tradition English milk tea, not bad!
